NAI Welsh Completes Sale of Former Benchwarmer Bob’s Restaurant

MINNETONKA, MN (August 18, 2009) NAI Welsh, a leading full-service commercial real estate company headquartered in the Twin Cities, announced today the sale of the former Benchwarmer Bob’s restaurant in Burnsville.

NAI Welsh Senior Vice President John Johannson and Vice President Dick Friedrichs completed the 21,423-square-foot, $1.575 million sale of the former Benchwarmer Bob’s restaurant in Burnsville. The former popular restaurant space, located at 251 Burnsville Parkway, was purchased by Anthony Marvets, owner of Bumpers and Black Dawg bars in Burnsville. Marvets is renovating the building and plans to reopen in September as Anthony’s Parkway Grill.
