As IT Manager, Bob Bauer oversees all aspects of the delivery of infrastructure systems, while providing guidance and technology solutions that meet business objectives for senior management. He was most recently employed as IT Manager at Cuningham Group Architects in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is a member of NOREX, an IT industry group.

An Associate in NAI Welsh’s Retail Brokerage Division, Molly Murnane facilitates the real estate needs of both tenants and landlords in the Twin Cities. She is a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). She was previously employed by Cushman & Wakefield.
