Scope of Service Experience

An 8-year veteran of Welsh Companies, Ryan Doyle works as part of an experienced team of acquisitions specialists to source, analyze, negotiate and close various real estate investment opportunities for WelshInvest and its valued clients and partners. Ryan spent his first seven years here at Welsh Companies as an industrial/office sales and leasing broker and successfully completed more than $100 million in total leasing and sales consideration and more than $75 million in brokerage sales alone.
Ryan has also profitably bought and sold multi-family investment projects for himself and his clients, and he built an apartment management company (Girard Management, Inc.) from the ground up. The day to day operations for this company are currently run by Ryan’s wife Emily.

Ryan graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Real Estate and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Minnesota. He maintains an active connection to the local real estate community through his membership in the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

Background & Experience

Over the course of the past few years, Ryan has completed a number of 1031 transactions, personally and on behalf of his clients. During those 1031 transactions, he successfully formed Tenant in Common ownership entities. Ryan’s in depth knowledge of the 1031 process helps make his clients’ transition from investment property to investment property as smooth and painless as possible.
Ryan’s vast network of owners and brokers and his experience and reputation in the Twin Cities office, industrial and apartment markets leads to numerous off-market investment opportunities which are not advertised to a majority of investors. This market savvy and relationships offer a significant competitive advantage for WelshInvest and its partners in the highly competitive Mid-West market. |
