Jim Damiani has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including property management, construction, leasing and sales. He currently specializes in office leasing and sales. Throughout his career, Jim has completed over 1,500 transactions for 8,000,000 square feet totaling in excess of $850,000,000 in consideration. Four out of the five past years, Jim has earned the title of top NAI Welsh office salesperson.
Jim’s proactive approach, market knowledge and superior negotiating skills enable him to provide comprehensive service to his clients. With a degree in accounting and finance, Jim conducts in-depth financial analysis for every transaction to insure his client’s goals are met.

| Beginning his real estate career in 1986, Jim completed activities in property management, construction, leasing and sales. In this capacity, he completed transactions with clients like First Bank Systems, State Farm Insurance and Honeywell. Jim then went on to win accolades as senior real estate consultant with Thorpe Bros. and later The Ackerberg Group, where he was their top producer and salesperson. |

Significant Transactions
|
Working on behalf of Opus Northwest, Jim conducted a diligent market analysis and aggressive marketing plan for a troubled office property in St. Cloud, Minnesota with less than 50% occupancy. This property had not seen a completed lease transaction in four years. The result: Jim raised occupancy to 100% within six months. Jim has now been responsible for leasing 14 office buildings for Opus Northwest.
Adding to his successful track record, Jim was able to assist another client, Great West Life Insurance, in leasing and selling their building. The office property had been struggling with a 41% vacancy rate. Jim and his team were able to bring the occupancy to 92% and then successfully sell the property. |
