Dan Brastad has been involved in commercial real estate for over 15 years. Dan arrived at Welsh through a series of mergers and acquisitions. His career began at Robert Boblett & Associates, one of the first prominent real estate brokerage firms in the Twin Cities. Robert Boblett & Associates later merged with Marquette Partners who specialized in industrial brokerage. From there Dan went to Thorpe Bros. Real Estate which was purchased by The Ackerberg Group which was then purchased in 1996 by Welsh Companies. Throughout his career, Dan’s commitment to excellence has been a sustaining constant for his clients.
Dan specializes in leasing and selling retail and industrial properties in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. He draws on the variety and depth of his experience to deliver sound market knowledge and exceptional service to his clients.
Throughout his career, Dan has performed site acquisition and surplus site disposition for a handful of large national companies. Dan has also been involved in the design, development and repositioning of commercial properties throughout the metropolitan area which has helped him build up a broad knowledge of all facets of commercial real estate.
