As a Vice President in Welsh Companies' Office Leasing and Brokerage Division, Mike brings more than 22 years of experience to work for Welsh clients in sales, leasing and development. During his distinguished career, he has directed more than 500 real estate transactions totaling more than $400 million. This seasonsed professional has been a member of the Welsh Team since 1985, focusing on real estate planning and strategies for both tenants and building owners throughout the Twin Cities.

In-depth knowledge of the marketplace, combined with the ability to facilitate a successful transaction, make Mike a true industry leader. Consider these examples of his accomplishments: Mike has leased office space in the Minneapolis Central Business District for 15 years. Mike was the leasing agent for Midland Square and he has represented prominent companies such as R. J. Steichen & Company, Winthrop & Weinstine, Paper Magic, and many other corporations in the Minneapolis CBD.
As a leasing agent representing both tenants and building owners, Mike has successfully leased space throughout the Twin Cities market. Properties which have benefited from his experience include Creekridge Office Center, Norwest Financial Center, BLN Office Park and International Plaza.
Mike managed the recent development of the new 130,000 square foot Eden Prairie headquarters for Lifetouch. As a repeat client, Lifetouch relied on Mike's expertise to acquire the land, select the architect and general contractor, and manage the entire project from development to move-in.
The owners of Norwest Financial Center selected Mike to direct the leasing efforts of their 434,000 square foot office tower. |
