Scope of Service Experience
|
Representing both landlords and tenants since 1997, Brian has developed the skills and market knowledge required to be a successful agent in the Industrial Leasing and Brokerage Division of NAI Welsh. Since joining NAI Welsh, Brian has focused on leasing and selling industrial property and land primarily in the southwest and southeast suburbs of the Twin Cities market.
Tenants rely on Brian’s expertise to assist them with site searches, space plan development, lease negotiation, and move-in. For example, Brian recently represented a local firm in their relocation and completed a site search, site tour and negotiation of lease terms, all in less than a
week. Brian’s efforts to complete these duties in a timely manner saved his client thousands of dollars by avoiding a holdover penalty from their previous landlord.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications with a minor in Journalism from the University of Minnesota.

Brian represents a portfolio of more than 1.5 million square feet. His current listing assignments include Valley Oaks Distribution Center, a 183,120 square foot building in Shakopee, Minnesota; Chanhassen East Business Center, a 250,000 square foot office/showroom complex, and many large and small buildings for private investors or companies.
Brian earned Senior Associate status at NAI Welsh, a promotion given to brokers based strictly on production. He also earned NAI Welsh’s “Rookie of the Year” award for the 1998-99 fiscal year. This award is presented each year to the top new broker in the company.
