Scope of Service Experience

Working out of NAI Welsh's Minneapolis office, Nils Snyder works to meet the needs of clients in the Metro area.
Nils has excellent analytical and technical skills which are critical to his role in providing market research data and analysis to clients. He works with clients in the site search and selection process, tenant representation responsibilities and the marketing of properties.
In addition to working with landlords and tenants, Nils is involved in helping clients to evaluate development opportunities and to complete all of the components of the due diligence process required in property acquisition.

Nils is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a nationally recognize designation for qualified individuals in commercial real estate. Nils earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota and is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Minnesota.

Typical projects that Nils is involved with include tenant representation assignments for users in the market, development activity for owners, users and investors, and landlord representation for leasing and selling property.
Prior to joining NAI Welsh, Nils was an Assistant Property Manager for W.D. Snyder & Company where he supervised work crews and independent contractors. Nils was responsible for owner and tenant relations, as well as oversight of expenses. His proactive management style minimized and often eliminated potential problem issues. |
