Scope of Service Experience

As a Vice President with Welsh Companies, Kevin specializes in owner and tenant representation, primarily in office properties located in the western suburban areas of the Twin Cities metro area. He has completed more than 500 lease and sale transactions with a consideration in excess of $300 million.
Kevin currently is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for 10 multi-tenant office buildings in the metro area. He also represents corporate real estate users in evaluating their market alternatives, as well as developing and implementing their long-term real estate plans. For example, Kevin recently represented ABC/Disney in relocating to a 45,000 square foot space at University Park.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and recently completed his Master's of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Minnesota.

The occupancy level of Kevin's current leasing portfolio is 98% - strong testimony to his ability to effectively connect the right tenants with the right properties.
Owners like Devon Properties, Merrill Lynch Hubbard, Birtcher Properties, and Opus Corporation have relied on him for strategic service. Kevin is responsible for the leasing of Southdale Office Centre, a four-building 442,000 square foot office project in suburban Minneapolis, and recently leased 42,000 square feet at Creekridge Office Center I to a single tenant on behalf of Kirtcher Properties.
Kevin has also recently been responsible for leasing four new developments on behalf of Mount Properties in the southwest suburban market. |
