Mike has capitalized on his sales experience by developing an effective, consultative approach to solving the office space requirements of his customers. He obtains a clear understanding of his client's objectives and implements a thorough strategy in every detail of the assignment. Mike has completed over 90 transactions with a total consideration of more than $40 million. Some of his client experience includes Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA), US West Dex, Olsten Corporation, Trans National, Inc., GE Medical Systems, Qwest Communications, and Textron, Inc.
Mike is currently involved in the leasing efforts of 600,000 square feet of office space in the Twin Cities suburban markets. His systematic method of prospecting and identifying new tenants for his buildings has proven to be beneficial to owners such as TIAA, Devon Properties and local entrepreneurial developers. |
